The OS has not shipped with the server for the last 5 years or so. The
only perceived exception to this is servers that are preloaded with an
appliance version. In those instance the OS and application are all on

with this. I received my 2
UCM appliances all pre-installed, my Unity Connection pre-installed,
and the
MCS server for UCCX7 not preinstalled but with UCCX installation disk.
After about 2 weeks of messing with the PUT tool and numerous Cisco
techs on
how to get the OS disk, I finally had my Cisco account manager escalate
it to
the PUT escalation manager. It’s been 4 weeks since I originally
put my PUT in and still have not received the OS media. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

up. The partner had the licenses and application media shipped to my
location and the servers to the location where they’re going to be
installed. My problem is with Unity and UCCX. I received the media
to actually install the programs, but no media for the OS. Does the

for the OS ship in the same boxes as the servers? Or should these
arrive with
