Thank you to everyone that answered, and btw, I did find a bit of documentation about this: https://supportforums.cisco.com/servlet/JiveServlet/download/493298-7598/CUWL Q&A.pdf;jsessionid=01B725585D59D21BEE605EBEEB7804D6.node0

My next question is about the 3year contract on the licenses, when you add additional licenses, does it co-terminate, or do the new licenses set for 3 years? My reseller is telling me that they do not co-terminate. Maybe I need to find a better reseller :/

Wrong... when you first purchase CUWL you need 100 but addon CUWL can be done at any number you need. I placed an order for a client yesterday for 4 CUWL addons... Just make sure that they add the Unity licencing as well when they place the order because its easy to miss in the configurator and you'll end up with just the CUCM license PAKs.

I have a CM7/Unity 7 install that is using CUWL licensing, initially
we purchased 115 licenses to get started, and now I need to add about
20 more, however, I'm being told by reseller that per Cisco, you can
only buy a minimum of 100 licenses.

Anyone have documentation on this or clarification? This seems a bit extreme.
Thanks
