10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:navy'>I just finished installing UCCX 7 with
Cisco Windows Server 2003.1.5 on a new MCS7824-I4. Everything loaded fine and
is working. However, it appears that it didn’t configure RAID even though it
said it was configuring it at the beginning of the setup. When I look in disk
manager it shows a partitioned disk with a C: and D: but then shows an exact
disk with no partition which makes me believe the array is not there. Normally
Windows would only recognize 1 disk if there is a hardware array present.
Anyone know how to get around this OS not making the array properly? I tried
booting into the storage controller and creating the array first, but it just
made me reload the OS. Once the install started again it destroyed my array
and reinstalled the OS without the array created properly. Also, when I
install the CCX script editor on my PC for some reason it says that CCX Editor
is already installed ad how to remove it. I did have it installed when I was
on IPCC 4, but removed it a long time ago. There is nothing in Add/Remove
programs, my profile, or the registry for it anymore. For some reason the new
version is still seeing the old version. Anyone know a way around this? Or if
there is some hidden file that needs to be deleted?<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
