color:#1F497D'>There is a bug with CUVA where it advertises support for 2CIF
when it cannot support 2CIF. The RMX sees this and sends 2CIF video to CUVA.
I’ve not checked to see if there is a fixed version of CUVA out there that
corrects this. I know Cisco TAC has a hotfix for this issue.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
