Lisa, how about under Subscribers > Profile, near the bottom is a check box for <i>Set subscriber for self-enrollment at next login</i><br><br><div>This won't delete old messages, but will take them through the tutorial again.</div>

We have decided to add voice mail for our Resident Assistants to our
Unity Voice Mail system (ver 7.1.2).<br>

Each year RAs change so we have to delete the old mailbox and add a new
one so they are forced to follow the set up procedures and clear the
mailbox from the prior year.<br>

Is there anyway to reset a mailbox back to a "new" state without
deleting and adding?<br>
