at a remote site along with the incoming PRI (this is not my design) and event
of a WAN failure they were recommended to “Configure CME Basic ACD (B-ACD) to
support 10 agents with up to (2) queues (This system will be active during WAN
outage only)”<o:p></o:p></p>
