So it's changed? the media for an upgrade from 6.1 to 7.1 can be downloaded? and only the PAK is needed via the PUT tool?

If this is true, is Cisco looking at a electronic version of the PUT Tool rather then waiting weeks for a piece of paper?

This was just posted today and I'd love to get your feedback. The goal is to present a concise list of information for customers and partners to use when looking at a CUCM upgrade. Topics it covers is license info, caveats, one-step or two-step upgrade requirements, download location, etc.

The "destination versions" covered are 6.1(5), 7.1(3), 7.1(5), and 8.0.

You can use the feedback form on the tool itself or email me directly.

Thanks!
