Secondly dial the CTI-RP internally, debug the UCCX script and see if digits are being received or not for problematic call. You might get some idea where the problem is. </DIV>

<BR>hi folks,<BR>we are using AS5350Xm GW with CM and UCCX 7.x. Sice yesterday we are facing the issue that some of our calls from PSTN to UCCX are not passing any menu digit if the customer presses any Menu option it doesn't accept it. we are using SIP trunk between PSTN and GW.
