this for each device that has the shared DN to make sure the Max<br>

But I've had issues reported to me with shared lines where only one<br>
person would be on call and other calls in would sometimes go straight<br>
to Voicemail even though busy trigger was higher then number of calls<br>
they supposedly had active.<br>
