Robert, was this an existing phone from before the upgrade, or a new provision? The bug seems to be with only new provisioned phones.<div><br></div><div>I can take an existing phone from my test phones, that was there prior to the upgrade (one of them happened to have a BLF already there), and it works fine. I can add additional BLF's and everything is normal.</div>

bug. I upgraded our 7.1.3 CUCM last week to 8.0.2c, and after testing for
