The call redirect step is working as designed. The success branch simply means the transfer happened without error, not that someone actually answered the call.<div><br></div><div>You could replace the call redirect step with the call consult transfer step, which gives you the option to specify a timeout. If the call is not answered within the timeout period, you will be able to handle the call accordingly.</div>
