Hi Jason<br><br>I've have a customer that has been experiencing the exact same issue using an ISDN E1 PRI.<br><br>The router is an ISR 3925 the IOS is 15. <br><br>They used to have a 2811 with IOS 12.4.24T2 and everything was working perfect. Once we moved to the new 3925 voice gateway with IOS 15, they've been complaining because of the fast busy tone.<br><br>They get the fast dial tone as soon as the last digit of the telephone number is dialled. It happens randomly and not more than once in an 8 hr workday and sometimes it doesn't happen for days together.<br> <br /><hr />Hotmail has tools for the New Busy.
