CUBE is still a paper license, so that shouldn't matter as long as the voice IOS feature set is enabled. Since you're getting a SIP message I assume it is.<br><br>I think seeing 'debug ccsip messages' and the rest of the dial peers would be more helpful.<br>

There is a trusted list of IPs that are allowed to signal IN to a gateway/cube. They are auto built based destinations in dial-peers, but you can also add to them. This functionality is also on by default.
