<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Hi,<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>We have a 6.1 cluster (pub+1 sub), with remote sites. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>One of these sites is using Attendant Console for their main
line, and every once in a while (like once in 5-6 weeks) their primary line
stops working (is giving a busy signal) and it can only be solved by restarting
the Attendant Console service on the publisher.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>The call flow is something like this:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Remote GW -> (public phone nr) -> Translation pattern
-> AC CTI route point -> circular hunt (receptionist 1, receptionist 2)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>And both receptionist lines have a Fwd No Answer set to a
CUE AA local to the site (built into the gateway).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Anybody have any ideas on the issue?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Thanks,<o:p></o:p></p>
