record a name for subscriber for a directory handler to be able to find the
said subscriber ?<o:p></o:p></p>

are CIS agents and don't need or want to pay for voice mail licenses. These
agents have to be able to be found via the global directory handler and so far
it looks as if I have to record a name for each one for it to work.<o:p></o:p></p>
