I think the problem is not at the gateway since the IP phone 9971 can not get
the redundant CCM Server info so it won;t contact the SRST gateway at all upon
no connection to the CUCM.<br>

The softkey I used work for 7965, 7942 and 7945. One important feature such as
"iDivert" is not available with phone button template though :(<br>
I tested the mobility softkey works using the phone button template.<br>
