7942's running SCCP 8.5.2 firmware using UCCM v7.1.2. The execs are
saying that people on the other end of the phone hear them as muffled when
using the speakerphone. During testing, I hear them as being very
loud. Is there anyway to turn down the volume of the microphone on
a Cisco IP phone? The volume on the phone only turns down what they
hear and not what the person on the other end hears.</font>
