<p>on cucm 7.1.3 i The customer wanna see 2nd incoming call to his 6941 ip phone even the first line is busy..</p>
<p>his phone first line Dn is 1890.</p>
<p>I read the doc and found the recommended solution.</p>
<p>For that reason i created different partition named 69xx_pt and i assigned same DN (1890)and this new partition to the 2nd line of the phone.</p>
<p>And I also added this new partition to all CSS' in cucm..</p>
<p>but still I get busy signal when try 2nd call to the 1890 number.</p>

<p>wht can be the issue. what should I check.</p>
