1. make sure you get the signed file for numplan<br>
2. make sure you can see other upgrade/patch files. put something like
a cm upgrade on your SFTP and make certain CM can find it. This will
isolate a problem with the file vs. a problem with the SFTP server.<br>

into Cisco
Unified Communication Manager Business Edition version 7.1.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">When I place the file in my FTP folder, the
CUCM BE
server can not see it.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It can see the other installation files in the
folder and
installations by FTP are working.<o:p></o:p></p>
