Hi Robert,<div><br></div><div>Does the gateway have access to call the users DN? Does the GW's inbound calling search space point to a partition that is translating the call?</div><div><br></div><div>Is there any translation rules on the GW itself, is it H323 or MGCP?</div>
<div><br></div><div>Maybe there is a loop to a GW device that calls the Users DN as if it was from itself.</div><div><br></div><div>Do some debug's on the gateway,</div><div>debug voice dialpeer (if its H323)</div><div>
