currently running CUCM 7.0.2 and 7960/7970 series IP Phones. We use EM for
users to login to phones. I have created a generic user on CUCM and subscribed
to personal address book feature. I have created some entries in the PAB thru
CCM user page and I can see these entries on the phone. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"'>Now my
question is, how do I share this PAB with other users? I have tried to access the
PAB using the generic account but it gives me an error saying “Please use EM
userid and PIN”<o:p></o:p></span></p>
