Hi Erick,<div><br></div><div>Make sure you have web access enabled on the phone your're trying to push the content too.</div><div><br></div><div>Test this by trying to browse to the ip address of the phone, if you can't then go into the phone config and enable it.</div>

I can load up phone designer and have personalization enabled on my<br>
phone, but when I go to apply the wallpaper or ringtone change to the<br>
phone it tries for a second and saids Communication failure and there<br>
isn't anything blocking traffic between the network the phone is on<br>
and my PC or the call manager.<br>
