I have 4 phones that are in the Sales group and I was planning on assigning a shared Sales line on the second phone button, and configuring voicemail for the Sales line that could be shared between the 4 users.<br>
<br>Is this the best way to approach this as I didnt want to use a Hunt Group and then forward to an individuals voicemail.<br><br>Second question, assuming the solution explained above, is there a way to remove call waiting beep when a Sales user is on the phone but still ring the other 3 Sales phones?<br>
