CUCM Version 7.1.2.20000-2 and Cisco Unity Connection version:
7.1.2.20000-140
We have a person who has a disability and when entering their voice
mailbox and they are having a difficult time entering the pin in a
timely manner without Unity Connection timing out.
Is there any way for me to program a button to store their pin so
that they could press that button to play the DTMF tones after
dialing into Unity Connection???
