Some rules you can use for quick and dirty:<br><br>Every PRI add 24, every FXO/FXS add 1.<br><br>If you're using G729, double that number.<br><br>If you're using conferencing, add 16 per conferencing session.<br><br>
If you're using transcoding, you have to know what percentage of your calls are going to be transcoded. 1 for G711, 2 for G729 per each session.<br><br>This will be a little bit above what you need since the actual ratio for G729 is closer to 1.7-1.8.<br>
<br><br>For PVDM3, conferencing is eased up and you can add 1 channel per member of the conference.
