Ok, question then, most of my locations require 10 digit local dialing, however, I have 2 that can do either 7 or 10 digit. When we converted these users over to Cisco, they don't like the interdigit timeout delay when dialing the 7 digit numbers I lowered this timeout as a compromise, but they still don't like it very much.<div>

A little known fact is that the # is the default terminator on the gateway. In CUCM, you have to manually configure this to be a terminator. An example would be 9.011!#. (An unknown amount of digits dialing internationally, with the ability to stop the 10 second interdigit timeout with a #).</p>
