Don't forget that the reason why you associate phones to the rmcm user is so the UCCX rmcm subsystem can monitor their state (idle, ringing, transfer, etc.).<div><br></div><div>So, even if the CallManager can handle the association, UCCX may not be able to keep up with all the events from 1,600 phones.</div>

I don't recall ever seeing a limit to the associations. (It's a tiny<br>
record in the database anyway). While UCCX may only support 300<br>
agents, those 300 agents could potentially log in to any phone in the<br>
cluster via extension mobility and take acd calls.<br>

You could raise an issue with TAC to get a definite answer but I have<br>
seen more than 2000 devices being associated to a application user in<br>
the past. I don't think you'll have any problems.<br>
