After you did the factory default, you reset the tftp-server to point to the new IP, what is it showing on the CUCM. If its not showing the proper IP, then its a problem with the CUCM and the phone config files it posts on the tftp for download.<div>

external server? The information from the phone should come from there.
You can rule out something in the phone by doing a factory default of it.</p>
