<b>Subject:</b> [cisco-voip] Debugging calls going from CUCM to CUE AA?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
</div>

<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Hi,<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>This might be a basic question (or a very complicated one)
but how do I debug calls routed from CUCM to a CTI route point registered from
a CUE module’s AA application?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>I’m thinking of basic troubleshooting first, like
making sure the call gets to the CUE at all or not. Something I could see with
a q931 debug on an ISDN line.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>My problem is, I have an AA on a CUE at a remote site, registered
to the CUCM with Jtapi as a CTI route point. When dialed, the CTI Route
point’s extension returns a busy tone, even though it looks like
it’s registered to the Call Manager, CUE running etc.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>CUCM 6.1.5, CUE 3.2.2 on a CUE-NM.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Any pointers welcome. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Regards,<o:p></o:p></p>
