We have some Windows 7 boxes out now and I had to install Agent Desktop
in XP mode. Everything seems to work fine but the chat feature. It is
intermittent. Sometimes no one will show up and sometimes it will.
I have disabled the Windows Firewall and there are no other firewalls on the
computer. Anyone have this trouble?</span></font></p>
