I've been asked to look into how we can monitor calls for training
purposes on our Call Manager 7.1.3

I'm tryting to think of all the various ways to do this, but ultimately
we need to be able to listen in to calls, but not to be heard wbhilst
listening in.

Has anyone got any good ideas how best to do this?

Thanks
