UCCX: You will need to account for this in one of two ways:<div><br></div><div>1) Upgrade to 8.0(2) SU1 where it's supported, then just account for it in your script variable: calling_number. i.e., don't use the number for lookups until you've stripped the +. Here is an easy one liner that strips the plus: calling_number = calling_number.replace('+', '')</div>
<div><br></div><div>2) Remove the + in CUCM before ever sending the call to UCCX, as it will break certain displays and reports. Even if you script around it like in option 1.</div><div><br></div><div>Anthony<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

</div><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><div><p class="MsoNormal">We are trying to fixup ANI in the Directories (Missed, Received). It should be possible to prepend [9,91,9011] to ANI with transformation patterns applied at the CM gateway based on the area code and country code (if call is local it gets 9 other get 91, 0 gets 9011). This is working on a softphone but not ip phones. </p>
