I'd suggest downloading the latest version of the Port Status Monitor:<br>

<br>So it sees the Dialed#, but that doesn't get filled into the Forwarded# as it does in other such calls. I am not sure what the Reason and Origin codes tell me.<br><br>dbWalker does not come up with any errors or warnings related to this mailbox.<br>
