was working fine for months etc. I have stopped and started the service but
records are not being sent, anyone have a clue? CAR reports show good data in
the reports on the pub. But sending the call records to the FTP site shows no
data. I rebuilt the ftp information and tested the ftp logon by manually
logging into it. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

We're in the middle of a Microsoft OCS POC integrated with UCM 8.0. I can make
internal and external calls from OCS using UCM as my gateway, but calls are
dropped as soon as they're answered. Has anyone out there come across a similar
problem.<br>
