searched for it at one time but was unable to find any standard listed. I just
know that’s what I’ve always been taught, and that’s what ATT sends us (actually,
I’ve seen between 46-50V from ATT). I also recall hearing that the range was
larger than that, something like 42-54V. 46V usually gets the job done though<o:p></o:p></span></p>

It up's the voltage on the port for devices that want high voltage to operate.
If I remember correctly, it brings it to about 46V.<br>
