I have a customer that has the telephone number field in their user directory populated with something other than the four digit DN (it's a DN prepended with an access code to allow site to site calling due to overlapping DNs). This is causing problems with CUEAC because the telephone number is not matching the DN so all phones show up as unavailable. I've seen several articles online that suggest that application dial rules will not resolve this. Is there a fix? Redoing the dial plan to make everyone have a unique DN is not an option here.<br>
