We’ve been having problems reported that people calling
from home, where they have VoIP telephony or cable telephony, and when they
dial our number and enter digits to reach an extension, the digits aren’t
recognized correctly from our Auto-Attendant (UCCX 7.0(1)). They get another
extension and they have to try again. Sometimes it’s ok, but it’s
annoying enough for them that they call support to complain. Is it on our side
that we need to adjust something? Has anyone had any similar issues yet?
