</span><font size="4"><span style="font-size: 13px;"><b>I am using
the following call consult transfer step in IPCC 4.0(5) to transfer an
outside caller to a cell phone. The forwarded call is being made from
a location that requires long distance codes when placing long distance
calls. As the cell phone is not in the local calling area of the VoIP
system, it requires a long distance call. During a brief three (3) or
four (4) seconds while the forwarded call is setup, the caller is
hearing hold music, then silence, then the ring to the cell phone. Is
there a way to eliminate that hold music? The transition from silence
to hold music to silence again to ringing may cause the caller to think
they’ve been disconnected.<br>
