The forwarded call is being made from a location that requires long distance codes when placing long distance calls. As the cell phone is not in the local calling area of the VoIP system, it requires a long distance call. During a brief three (3) or four (4) seconds while the forwarded call is setup, the caller is hearing hold music, then silence, then the ring to the cell phone. Is there a way to eliminate that hold music? The transition from silence to hold music to silence again to ringing may cause the caller to think they’ve been disconnected.<BR>
