Got it fixed after working with TAC. Had to first reboot the Publisher, then reboot the ATA and it registered. Something with that QED file didn't take effect until rebooting the Pub...very strange. There isn't any bug ID for this...<br>

I guess these do have a web interface. Looks similar to the old 186 interface, but you just can't change anything.<br><br>From the web interface, I can see that all of the network settings are correct. The device information just says 'Registering', it shows the firmware load and even the line 1 DN that was assigned in CUCM. Under status messages, it shows that it successfully got its .loads file as well as the .cnf.xml file. But it can't find a CTL file and says 'No CTL Installed'. <br>
<br>I don't have any other SIP enabled devices on this system, all phones are SCCP. Is there some SIP configuration needed in CUCM to get the ATA 187 to register?<br><br>Thanks,<br><font color="#888888">Brian<br>
