class=550240722-19122010>Hmm, not sure about MMOH over a SIP Trunk. After much
deliberation, we have made it work using an H323 trunk, but only for calls
arriving from an IOS ingress GW. We had to set Service Parameter
<EM>Send Multicast MOH in H.245 OLC Message </EM>to <EM>false</EM> to allow it
to work with CVP's H323 stack. We also discovered several bugs, one included
calls from IP Phones, where the call flow was IP Phone -> CVP -> VXML GW
-> Agent IP Phone resulted in a phone publishing audio to the MMOH
group instead of subscribing. Thankfully we worked around this one as it could
have been a serious privacy issue. A</SPAN></FONT><FONT face=Arial color=#0000ff
size=2><SPAN class=550240722-19122010>nother was that the MMOH source
interface on the IOS gateway had to be a physical (not a loopback
interface).</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

trunk to a CVP that accept incoming calls from the IPCCE system after the PSTN
caller hears the IVR and selects an option to be transferred to an agent…when
PSTN caller transferred and talk with the agent for a while then if the
agent needs to be the call on hold the PSTN caller hear nothing “just dead
air” I can see on RTMT that a Multicast MoH device is invoked with this step,
but nothing is streamed from the router.<o:p></o:p></P>

when the agent puts the customer on hold we are able to here MoH normally and
I can see the same device is invoked on the RTMT and even on the router I can
see that there is a Multicast MoH stream going out on the loopback
interface.<o:p></o:p></P>
