CUCM Version 7.1.2.20000-2...

We have a VG-224 with a line that is used to auto dial a toll free
number nightly. Ever since we placed the line on the VG-224 it
cannot dial out. (It was formerly a POTS line.) As soon as 9+1 is
dialed, it errors out. However, when I add the line to a VoIP, I
can dial the toll free number so it seems that the Route Patterns
are ok.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Lisa
