local Telephony Provider sends and then applied them using IOS

Hi all,<br>

I face a series problem that <br>
I have voice system with auto attaendant message <br>
after completeing any external call or any body call me and no
answer the FXO port still up around 2 minutes.<br>
anyone tried to call me in these 2 minutes received busy tone<br>
