That's what I thought and it made perfect sense in 4.x CM. There, phones had to be purchased with a license "built in", I guess. But again, with DLUs, if I bought a "spare",then I would lose some DLUs. is that it? It kind of makes sense, if you have spare DLUs, you can get a "spare", if you're short on DLUs, buy a "licensed" version....<br>

The one without the equal sign must be purchased with a license. It's a software check that Cisco has. There is no difference in the products.
