I’m trying to pass a single digit (i.e.“1”) that is captured
from a Menu step via the Set Enterprise Call Info step to my Desktop agents CAD
screens. I currently have my string variable set to
Call.PerpherialVariable1 and that field is assigned to my layout list but on a
test call – the “1” does not show up. What step(s) might
