It's CSCtn02841 - Attendant Console log fills entire /common
partition on CUCM server. This defect is in (N)ew state and not
yet addressed.<br>

But that is for CM4.1.
I don't see a known issue for CUCM 7.x in casual searching. Others are
correct that LPM will clean it up, but only if AC closes the file so it
is not open and in use. You can see if a process has a file lock using
the CLI command 'show open files'. If AC server process is holding the
file open then LPM cannot do its job. In that case it might be worth a
TAC case for more detailed investigation.
