    Attendant Console (AC formerly TCD - Telephony Call Dispatcher) used
    hunt groups and depended on jtapi and CTI.  Huntlists and linegroups
    is a feature built into the ccm process natively.  Linegroups
    interact directly with ccm's internal routing logic.  AC's hunt
    groups were limited to strictly call flows available via CTI control
    of route points and lines.<br>

                      that includes 2 extensions that are shared lines,
                      2000 is configured on half the phones and 2001 is
                      configured on the other half, 2003 is the hunt
                      group pilot number, the hunt group is configured
                      to broadcast to 2000 and 2001.</p>
