Call Manager 8.0.  MGCP 2801 Router.  Line comes in to first FXO port, we have Caller ID on the line.<br><br>In CM, I have "Enable Caller ID" set under device information.<br><br>Yet all calls come in without caller ID (just "External Call - Unknown Number" shows up on the phones).<br>
<br>Is there a way to see if the 2801 gets the Caller ID?  Or any other troubleshooting I can do?<br><br>Thanks.<br>
