          So it sure seems like it should work.  I have enabled Caller
          ID in UCM, I have added caller-id enable on the 2801 under the
          voice-port config.  Still no CID showing up.  Might be time to

          <p><b>Symptoms:</b>
          </p>
          <p>You can potentially encounter this list of symptoms when
            you configure Cisco CallManager with Cisco IOS MGCP gateways
            with analog FXO and FXS ports:</p>
          <ul>
            <li>
              <p>The MGCP gateway does not register with Cisco
                CallManager. Refer to <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a00805a316c.shtml"
                  target="_blank">MGCP Gateway Registration Failure with
                  Cisco CallManager</a>.</p>
            </li>
            <li>
              <p>Caller ID does not work on FXO ports. This is because
                caller ID is not supported with FXO ports when
                configured for MGCP. Configure the gateway in H.323 mode
                instead.</p>
            </li>
            <li>
              <p>Overhead paging locks up FXO ports during hookflash
                unless users go completely off-hook. Shut followed by No
                shut resets the port. This is related to Cisco bug ID <a
                  moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCef62275"
                  target="_blank">CSCef62275</a> (<a
                  moz-do-not-send="true"

                  I think you may still have to configure the voice port
                  'callerid enable'. I<br>
                  remember a few years ago when I configured this on the
                  port for CCME, the<br>
                  customer wasn't paying for callerID and this caused
                  callers to hear ringback<br>
                  twice before the phone actually rang on the customer's
                  side.<br>

                  I don't know if you're required to configure callerID
                  on the FXO port but I'd<br>
                  think that unless MGCP automagically put that command
                  on the port, I doubt your<br>
                  callerID is going to work.<br>
