Workaround #2: use http to retrieve the file.<br>
<br>
Example:<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://mycmserver:6970/XMLDefault.cnf.xml" target="_blank"></a><a href="http://mycmserver:6970/XMLDefault.cnf.xml" target="_blank">http://mycmserver:6970/XMLDefault.cnf.xml</a><br>
<br>
This works on all versions after 04.1(03)ES37. See CSCsb38067 for a
bit of background.<br>
